REQUEST-A-TEMP

If you are interested in having Kalorian build you a custom template for one of your DAoC characters, simply fill out the request form below. Your request will be reviewed and, in most cases, you will receive a response from one of our team members within 72 hours indicating whether or not Kalo has accepted or declined your request. Acceptance of your request is not guaranteed, as there are many factors involved, such as (but certainly not limited to) the current number of requests in the queue balanced by the level of your donation.

If you have multiple characters and would like to make multiple requests, then please fill out a separate request for each template you would like made. This request form is designed specifically to gather the necessary information to build only one template at a time.

REQUEST PRIORITY
We use a donation-based system to prioritize the templates that we work on next. The better the donation the more likely your request will be accepted and the sooner it will be fulfilled. All requests are prioritized by the donation level:

DIAMOND DONORS (100p donation)
RUBY DONORS (50p donation)
SAPPHIRE DONORS (25p donation)
EMERALD DONORS (10p donation)
TOPAZ DONORS (5p donation)
FREEBIE TEMPLATES (no donation)

Of course, a donation is not mandatory but it does go a long way in helping us, help you better. Remember, there are lots of people wanting templates made and only one Kalorian. We appreciate your donations which help to keep the KALOTEMPS.COM team motivated!

IMPORTANT NOTICE
You MUST be a legal adult (18 years of age or older) to submit a custom template request to Kalorian. Submitting a request requires that you provide your name and email information, which minors should never do online. If you are a minor you MUST have your legal parent/guardian fill out this request form for you.

Donation Offering:

Donations are completely voluntary and are NOT required in order to submit a request to Kalorian. However, if there is currently more than five "FREEBIE" template requests in the queue any additional requests that do no offer a donation will automatically be declined. If you need help deciding on a donation, there is excellent information about donations and the benefits of each donation level on our FAQ page. Donations should always be pay-able on the Ywain server.

  1. I understand this is not a “real world” purchase, but rather, it is simply a polite request for Kalorian to spend his valuable time building a custom-made template for my Dark Age of Camelot character to wear.
  2. I understand that, at any time and for any reason, Kalorian reserves the right to decline my request for a custom built template.
  3. I understand that if Kalorian declines my request for a custom built template, that any and all good-faith donations paid up front will be promptly refunded.
  4. I understand that if Kalorian accepts my request for a custom-made template, he will make every effort to meet all of my criteria but that he makes no guarantee that it is even possible to meet all of my criteria.
  5. I understand that this is a hobby for Kalorian and that DAoC is just a game. I further understand that Kalorian is a real person with a real life, career and family and that making templates is something he does in his free time (which is limited). Thereby, I also understand and accept that every effort will be made to complete my request in a timely fashion but that there is no guarantee that my request will be fulfilled in any particular time frame.
  6. I understand and accept that no actual items (real or otherwise) will be provided to me other than a text document(s) containing the details and specifications of the custom template Kalorian has designed for me. I further understand that I, and I alone, will have to acquire the necessary items outlined in my custom template in order to actually build the template in-game.
  7. I understand that there will be absolutely no exchange or trade of any “real world” money or goods as payment for Kalorian's services. Only donations of in-game currency and items will be accepted by Kalorian as thanks for his time and effort.
