I just finished this temp and am working on finishing it in game. It requires a lot of hard to get items, including Legendary Medal of Honor, Bracelet of Springtime Folly, Paladin Sidi BP and the Halloween helm (Battlecap of the Hallowed). I really like the double option for a fumble debuff (weapon and /use on the helm) I opted for the lower quick as I always have haste and my celerity, which makes it very easy to hit swing cap.
